We at Nigeria Web Design are very aware that new business can't afford a high initial cost of a website design. So we charge on a much lower figure on an annual basis. We believe in establishing an ongoing client relationship with no large up front fees and affordable annual fees.
Following a without obligation discussion on your proposed website, we will produce a quotation. Initially you will be asked to make a initial payment to cover the annual domain name and hosting costs of 5,750 Naira. On receipt of this initial fee we will start the design and dependant upon availability of data from yourselves the design will take 1 to 2 weeks. Not until you are satisfied with the website design will you be asked to pay the final 1st year fee. Payment will be requested to be made within 30 days.
When final payment has been made then your website will be optimised for Google search engine, submitted to 1000+ search engines and made fully live.
The annual cost of a custom website is 20,000 Naira for this you get:
- Domain name e.g. www.yourname.com
- Three page design
- Three images / photos
- Hosting on a secure server providing:
- 100 megabyte of web space
- 1 gigabyte of bandwidth per month
- Optimising the website for Search Engines like Goggle and Yahoo
- Submitting website to 1000+ search engines and directories
- On-going minor maintenance of website e.g. changing wording and photos / images.
Additional costing's:
- Additional page - Costs 2000 Naira p.a.
- Additional photo / image - Costs 300 Naira p.a.
- Design of Company Logo - Costs 2000 Naira p.a.
- Flash which is made up of a series of images or text and its movements, each image of text is an element and its movement is another element. - Cost 800 Naira per element
- Ecommerce this will enable the owner of the website to create their own on-line shop add/modify/delete categories and products together with appropriate images, prices etc. All payments will be made through an appropriate secure package e.g. PayPal, eGold etc. secure payment system. Cost to create Ecommerce element of website is an additional 10000 Naira p.a.
- Content Management System (CMS) basic format costs 22,000 Naira per year.
